Hotel National - Taichung

During my recent business trip, I stayed for three nights at this gem in the city center. The location was convenient, surrounded by vibrant ambiance and amenities. Housekeeping and maintenance were perfect, and the staff was kind, always responding promptly to any requests. The cafeteria was well-organized, serving fresh and tasty dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

it was really close to a bus stop. we liked staying at national. they actually had free wi fi. free parking nearby was provided.

I got great value for my money, especially with the comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The location is perfect, right next to a lovely park, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

The breakfast experience could be improved by serving freshly made eggs.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast spread had plenty of Taiwanese options, all fresh and tasty. I especially enjoyed the comfy beds and clean bathrooms, plus there's free parking which is a huge bonus in this busy area.

On the downside, the hotel seemed a bit outdated overall, and the cleanliness behind the furniture left something to be desired. We also faced some issues with accessibility due to nearby events, and it would have been great if the staff had given us a heads up about that. it was a decent experience but there’s definitely room for improvement!

Everything was fantastic.

Great location, close to popular attractions like Caowu Square. The free Wi-Fi was a nice perk. We also loved the nearby dining options, especially Quanshoulou which was just a short walk away! 🍽️

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including vegetarian dishes. Our room had excellent humidity control, great to sleep comfortably. The location was perfect and the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at a hotel which was conveniently located near a famous bookstore. We loved exploring the surrounding area and found many great restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. the view of the surrounding city was stunning, and the facilities were top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel location is perfect, close to many city attractions like the Eslite bookstore, and transportation. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, and the staff was accommodating to our requests. We slept well due to the excellent control of humidity in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the incredible Eslite bookstore. It was such a convenience to have this cultural hub nearby. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. I was particularly impressed by the air conditioning system. It was a relief to be able to completely turn it off and control the room temperature to my liking. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. The experience here was truly exceptional.

the room was spacious and the bathroom was impeccably clean. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including a vegetarian section and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's key attractions.

The hotel was outdated in terms of furniture and decor. the paintwork was chipped and the lighting was poor.
